Day 4	PERIYAR - COCHIN Next day Morning depart for Cochin by the road. On arrival check-in at hotel. In the afternoon sightseeing tour to Cochin by the boat. Evening, watch Kathakali dance performance. Whole night at the hotel.
Day 5	COCHIN - AYURVEDA CENTRE Next day morning depart for Ayurveda centre of your choice. Consultation with in house physician and drawing up of your Ayurveda program followed by beginning of your program.
Day 6	AYURVEDA CENTRE Full day enjoy at the centre.
Day 7	AYURVEDA CENTRE Full day take pleasure at the centre.
Day 8	AYURVEDA CENTRE - TRIVANDRUM Depart for Trivandrum by the road. Transfer to International airport on arrival to connect flight for onward trip.
